I grew this from seed and is about 2 years old now. Goes dormant here in winter, but survives. Likes a semi shaded spot and lots of water over the growing peroid. Is an Australian native from North Queensland. All parts of the plant can be used to make a sedative tea with anti anxiety effects. The leaves are best used for this purpose. The seeds are the most potent part of the plant and no more than 1/4 is recommended to be used I've read. Really cool looking plant :)
